Custom Products
As most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on correctly produced custom items. However, we will replace or refund any items with defects or errors on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the issue to info@niagarastandsout.com
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
Approval Process
To avoid issues, we provide digital proofs for approval before production. Once approved, the order is considered final.
Warranty
Our outdoor products come with a 5-year warranty against fading and weather damage under normal use conditions.
