Refund & Return Policy

At Niagara Stands Out (operated by Topbillin Imports Corp), we take pride in the quality of every product and service we deliver. Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of made-to-order goods.
Custom Products (Stickers, Decals, Signs, Banners)
All custom products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. This includes:
- Custom stickers and decals
- Vehicle lettering and wraps
- Compliance and safety signage
- Banners, yard signs, and A-frames
- Any product produced with your custom artwork, text, or specifications
We send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- Include your order number
We will review your claim and ship a replacement within 3–5 business days of approval.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product before discarding anything
- Contact us within 30 days at info@niagarastandsout.com or 289-228-7021
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement
Digital Products
Digital downloads, design templates, and digital files are non-refundable once delivered. Please review all product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
Lead Generation Services
Our contractor lead generation packages (Test Strike, Block Buster, Street Sweeper, Neighbourhood Takeover) are non-refundable once the direct mail campaign has been sent. This includes:
- Design and production of mailer materials
- Printing and postage costs
- Targeted mailing list generation
If a campaign has not yet been sent to print, you may request a cancellation. A design fee may apply for work already completed.
NFC Review Products
Pre-made NFC review cards, stickers, and kits that are unused and in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Custom-programmed NFC products are non-returnable.
