Who it's for

• ✓Anyone who also wants a chance to appear on the main directory page, not only in their own trade and city.

• –Anyone who needs a set number of leads or a higher Google ranking.

What you get

• ✓Everything in the Featured upgrade: the “Sponsored” label, the “Ready to book?” panel with your own website or booking link and phone, a profile page without our offers, and a sponsored website link.
• ✓Your listing is included in the “Sponsored listings” section of the main directory page. That section shows up to six Premium listings at a time, so a spot is not promised at every visit.
• ✓Lasts one month: 31 days counted from the day your listing switches on.

What it doesn't include

• ✕No change to where your listing sits in the normal order. That order puts owner-claimed listings first, then the most complete listings, and payment is never a factor.
• ✕No verified badge. Verification only comes from claiming and confirming your listing, never from paying.
• ✕No promise of calls, leads, customers or a higher position in Google.
• ✕No control of a listing you do not represent. We check before anything is switched on.
• ✕No photos, write-ups, website work, advertising spend or printed products.
• ✕It does not renew automatically.

Price and billing

What we need from you

• •Which listing to upgrade. Search for it by name, or paste the link to its page.
• •Your business name, your name, email and phone, so we can confirm you represent the business.
• •Your trade and city.
• •Anything we should know (optional).

You fill this in once, on this page, before checkout. It travels with your order, so you won't have to send it again.

What happens after you pay

1. 1Order confirmation. You get an order confirmation email straight away, with the details you entered.
2. 2We confirm it’s your business. We check that you own or represent the business on the listing, before anything changes. Order with an email address on your business’s own website domain (for example you@yourbusiness.ca): we email a confirmation link there, and opening it confirms you. With a personal email, we contact you to confirm another way first. If we need anything, we contact you by email or phone.
3. 3Your listing switches on. Once confirmed, your listing is switched to Sponsored in our directory. You don’t need to do anything else.
4. 4How you’ll know. Open your listing page: the “Sponsored” label shows at the top once it’s on. It stays on for 31 days from the day it switches on, and then switches off by itself.
5. 5If we can’t confirm it. If we can’t confirm you represent the business, the upgrade isn’t switched on and we contact you to make it right.
