At Niagara Stands Out, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We take pride in delivering custom stickers, decals, NFC products, and digital marketing solutions that exceed expectations. This policy outlines our return and refund options.
Custom Products (Stickers, Decals, Labels)
Due to the personalized and custom nature of stickers, decals, and labels, these products are generally non-refundable once production has begun. This includes:
- Custom vinyl stickers and decals with your specific design
- Personalized labels and branded materials
- Made-to-order printed products
Exception: If your custom product arrives defective or damaged (printing errors, peeling, or manufacturing defects), we will replace it or issue a full refund.
NFC Hardware & Smart Products
NFC products and hardware items have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for:
- Defective or malfunctioning items
- Manufacturing defects
- Items that do not match product description
The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories included. Items showing signs of misuse or damage from customer negligence are not eligible for return.
Digital Services & Products
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on digital services including:
- Digital marketing strategy consultations
- Design files and digital assets
- Email marketing templates
- Social media content packages
If you are not satisfied with a digital service within 7 days of delivery, we will work with you to revise the work or issue a refund. Refunds are subject to:
- Confirmation that you made good-faith effort to communicate issues
- Scope limitations—revisions are included; complete redesigns may incur additional fees
- Digital assets cannot be refunded if they have already been used commercially
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@niagarastandsout.ca with your order number
- Include a description of the issue and photos if applicable
- Provide details of the product condition and any defects
- We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
Condition Requirements for Returns
Returnable items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition (except for inspection)
- All original packaging, inserts, and documentation must be included
- For NFC hardware: All accessories and user manuals must be present
- No signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Refund Processing Timeline
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Issuance: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: 5-10 business days depending on your payment method
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Options
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we're happy to help! Contact us to arrange:
- Replacement of defective items
- Exchange for a different size, color, or product
- Credit toward a future order
Exchanges typically ship within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Document the damage with photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is processed
Do not discard the packaging or damaged item until we've reviewed the claim.
Return Shipping Address
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for defective or damaged items). For other returns, standard return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
