Does this work with all phones?

Yes. All iPhones 7 and newer, and 95% of Android phones have NFC enabled. For older phones, our products include a QR backup.

Are there monthly fees?

No. This is a one-time purchase. We program the link, you tap forever. We don't charge subscription fees for the standard review stands.

Do I need an app for this to work?

No, the NFC technology is native to all modern smartphones (iPhone XS and newer, and almost all Androids). No app is required for your customers to tap and review.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes! It works seamlessly with both. iPhones scan automatically at the top back of the phone, while Androids usually scan in the middle.

How do I change the link later?

Our cards are locked to prevent tampering, but if you change your business location or name, contact our support team. We can often help redirect or provide a discount on a replacement.

What if I don't have a Google Business Profile?

We can help you set one up! Choose our 'Growth' or 'Elite' package, and our team will build, verify, and optimize your profile for you.

Will this work on metal counters?

Yes, but performance can drop on metal. Avoid direct contact with large metal surfaces for best results.
