Business Signs FAQ

Business Signs & Installation FAQ

How long does sign production take?

Standard custom signs take 7-10 business days from design approval to installation. This includes design, production, and scheduling installation. Rush orders (2-3 days) are available for an additional fee.

Do you handle permits and approvals?

Yes! We handle all municipal permit applications and building approvals as part of our full-service offering. We're familiar with sign bylaws in St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, and all Niagara Region municipalities.

Are your signs AODA compliant?

Absolutely. All our interior wayfinding and accessibility signage meets or exceeds AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) requirements, including tactile lettering, braille, and high-contrast color combinations.

What materials do you use for outdoor signs?

We use premium materials rated for Canadian weather: aluminum composite (ACM/Dibond), HDU (high-density urethane), weather-resistant MDO plywood, and marine-grade plywood. All outdoor signs use UV-resistant inks.

Do you offer warranty on your signs?

Yes. We offer a 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship for most products. Premium materials like aluminum composite carry a 5-year warranty.

Can you match my brand colors exactly?

Yes! We use Pantone color matching to ensure your signs match your brand guidelines precisely. We can also color-match from existing existing materials.
