What's the cutoff time for same-day printing?

Orders placed by 11:00 AM EST with print-ready files are typically ready for pickup by 5:00 PM the same day. Complex jobs may require additional time — call us at 289-228-7021 to confirm.

Is there an extra charge for rush orders?

Most products have no rush fee for same-day turnaround. Some large-format or specialty items may have a small expedite fee — we'll always tell you upfront before you pay.

What products can be rush printed?

Business cards, flyers, brochures, postcards, posters, banners, yard signs, stickers, labels, and most marketing materials. Large format signage (over 4x8 ft) or specialty finishes may need 24-48 hours.

Do you offer delivery for rush orders?

Yes! We offer same-day courier delivery within the Niagara Region for an additional fee. For GTA deliveries, we can arrange next-morning delivery via priority courier.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, PNG (300dpi+), and JPG (300dpi+). For fastest turnaround, send print-ready PDFs with fonts outlined and 0.125" bleed. Need help with design? Our team can assist.
